Chilled goods (like Caninsulin) need to be kept cool during delivery. As standard, we pack chilled products with ice packs to keep everything cool, but these ice packs can struggle to maintain an optimum temperature if the weather is very hot.
Caninsulin and other chilled goods can spend up to 24 hours in transit and have to pass through a number of sorting offices and vans en route. As many of these are NOT temperature regulated, we are now going to delay dispatch until the weather cools.
As soon as there are any significant changes in temperature we will resume sending chilled products - hopefully later this week. This way we can be sure your medication arrives in good condition.
We'll get your order out as soon as the weather permits and you’ll get a dispatch notification as soon as it’s on the way. However, if you do NOT have sufficient supplies to see you through, please contact us immediately on 01761 258 517.

Please note that we are only able to send aerosols to UK Mainland & Highlands addresses. We cannot send aerosols to Northern Ireland, UK Island and overseas addresses as the Royal Mail does not permit aerosols to be sent via airmail.
Heavy orders (over 2kg) are sent by courier. Light orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class. The method of dispatch for Light orders can be upgraded to Courier for an extra charge. The exceptions to this are Refrigerated and Controlled medicines, which must be sent by courier.
