Pro-Kolin for cats and dogs is digestive supplement and part of the Protexin range.
Protexin Pro-Kolin has been formulated to provide a fast solution to digestive upset in dogs and cats.
Pro-Kolin is a highly palatable paste that contains kaolin, probiotics, prebiotics and pectin.
Pectin is used to soothe the lining of the gut and Kaolin is a natural binding agent that helps to improve the consistency/firm up an animals stool.
The paste also contains an EU-registered probiotic (enterococcus faecium), to help to keep the level of beneficial bacteria high and to eradicate any potentially harmful/damaging bacteria that may be lurking in the gastrointestinal tract.
Stomach upsets are often caused by dietary allergies, food intolerance or infections. They can also be a result of antibiotic treatment. Stress can also lead to your animal suffering from an upset stomach and diarrhoea.
