Getting a new puppy is extremely exciting! We have specifically made a welcome pack that will comfort the new arrival settling into their forever home.
Each pack contains the following items:
1 x Adaptil Junior Collar
1 x Adaptil Calm Diffuser Pack
1 x Adaptil Calm Refill (48ml)
Step 1 - Pop the collar on your puppy's neck and fit adjust it correctly. The collar is designed to be worn continuously except during a bath. The collar will provide 4 weeks of constant support.
Step 2 - Plug the diffuser into a socket within the room where your puppy is going to spend most of the time. The diffuser releases comforting pheromne into the local environment. Replace with the new refill after 30 days.
Delivery Info
For orders over £39 postage is free. For orders under £39 we charge £2.99.
For Light items (under 2kg) our standard method is Royal Mail First Class (there are a few exceptions, so if in doubt check our Delivery page).
To get it faster you can upgrade Light items to a Guaranteed Next Day Courier service, Saturday Courier or even before 12 noon services. There's a small fee, but if you're in a hurry they are worth considering. To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 Noon Monday to Thursday. There is no standard Saturday courier delivery.
Heavy items weighing 2kg and more are sent via courier. If ordered before noon Monday to Thursday, Heavy items will be delivered next working day. Heavy items ordered after 12 Noon Friday, or anytime Saturday and Sunday will dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
