For Light items (under 2kg) our standard method is Royal Mail First Class (there are a few exceptions, so if in doubt check our Delivery page).
To get it faster you can upgrade Light items to a Guaranteed Courier service, Saturday Courier or even before 12 noon services. There's a small fee, but if you're in a hurry they are worth considering. To ensure you get your courier order as quickly as possible, please place your order before 12 Noon Monday to Thursday. There is no standard Saturday courier delivery.
Heavy items weighing 2kg and more are sent via courier. If ordered before noon Monday to Thursday, Heavy items will be delivered next working day. Heavy items ordered after 12 Noon Friday, or anytime Saturday and Sunday will dispatched as soon as possible on a normal working day.

Flevox is a product designed for the treatment of flea and tick infestations within cats and dogs. Flevox’s active ingredient is Fipronil, which is designed to both treat and protect against fleas and ticks.
One application of Flevox protects against fleas for up to 8 weeks, and against ticks for up to 4 weeks.
Each Flevox Cat pipette contains 0.5ml of Fipronil, which kills any existing fleas that are on your pet within 48 hours as well as providing up to four weeks protection against any new fleas that want to feed on the pet. Flevox kills most ticks within 48 hours however if Dermacentor Reticulatus are present then it may take up to a week to kill them.
Do not use on kittens less than 8 weeks old and do not use in kittens/cats that weigh less than 1kg.
Do not use on sick or convalescent animals.
Do not use in rabbits, as they can experience adverse drug reactions to Fipronil and it can be fatal to them. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to Fipronil.
Flevox Dog kills any existing fleas within 48 hours and provides protection against new fleas for up to eight weeks. Although Flevox dog has not demonstrated an immediate acaricidal effect against ticks, it has demonstrated persistent acaricidal efficacy for up to 4 weeks against Rhipicephalus Sanguineus and Dermacentor Reticulatus.If either species of tick is present when Flevox Dog is applied, all the ticks may not be killed within the first 48 hours but they may be killed within a week. Flevox Dog also kills any biting/chewing lice.
Flevox Dog is weight dependant.
Flevox Small Dog is for dogs that weigh over 2kg and up to 10kg.
1 pipette of Flevox Small Dog contains 0.67ml of Fipronil.
Flevox Medium Dog is for dogs that weigh over 10kg and up to 20kg.
1 pipette of Flevox Medium Dog contains 1.3 ml of Fipronil.
Flevox Large Dog is for dogs that weigh over 20kg and up to 40kg.
1 pipette of Flevox Large Dog contains 2.68ml of Fipronil.
Flevox Extra Large Dog is for dogs that weigh over 40kg but less than 60kg.
1 pipette of Flevox Extra Large Dog contains 4.02ml of Fipronil.
Flevox dog should be administered every four weeks to maintain the protection against future flea, tick and biting lice infestations.
Do not use on puppies less than 8 weeks old and do not use in dogs that weigh less than 2 kg.
Do not use on sick or convalescent animals.
To administer Flevox Cat and Flevox Dog.
Part the coat between the shoulder blades until the skin is visible.
Place the tip of the pipette on the skin and gently squeeze the pipette to empty its contents onto the skin.
It is important to make sure that the product is applied to an area where the animal cannot lick it off, and to make sure that animals do not lick each other following treatment.

Dosage & Administration
Infuse the contents of one syringe of Orbeseal into each udder quarter immediately after the last milking of the lactation (at drying off).
Do not massage the teat or udder after infusion of the product.
It is essential that the teat is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with surgical spirit or alcohol-impregnated wipes. The teats should be wiped until the wipes are no longer visibly dirty.
Teats should be allowed to dry prior to infusion.
Infuse aseptically and take care to avoid contamination of the syringe nozzle.
