These refills are designed to fit the classic Feliway plug in diffuser.
Feliway is a pheromone solution designed to calm and destress your cat and restore/improve your cat(s) wellbeing.
When a cat feels secure in its environment, it rubs its head against any furniture or against the corners of walls leaving substances called facial pheromones on them.
Feliway is a synthetic copy of the feline facial pheromones. When there are changes in the cat’s environment (e.g. moving house, new pet or new baby in the household) or if the cat is scared or feeling anxious, their behaviour may change and stress may develop.
Feliway can be used to restore a feeling of security for your cat and restore the natural balance. Behavioural changes to look out for are urine marking/spraying, refusing to interact/play, loss of appetite or vertical scratching.
The Feliway Diffuser gradually emits the feline facial pheromones into the environment, making it perfect for periods when your cat may feel stressed or if there is an upcoming event that you know will cause your cat worry or stress.
You must already have purchased a Feliway classic diffuser to be able to use this product.
Delivery Info
For orders over £39 postage is free. For orders under £39 we charge £2.99.
For Light items (under 2kg) our standard method is Royal Mail First Class (there are a few exceptions, so if in doubt check our Delivery page).
To get it faster you can upgrade Light items to a Guaranteed Next Day Courier service, Saturday Courier or even before 12 noon services. There's a small fee, but if you're in a hurry they are worth considering. To qualify for next working day delivery, orders must be placed before 12 Noon Monday to Thursday. There is no standard Saturday courier delivery.
Heavy items weighing 2kg and more are sent via courier. If ordered before noon Monday to Thursday, Heavy items will be delivered next working day. Heavy items ordered after 12 Noon Friday, or anytime Saturday and Sunday will dispatched on Monday for a Tuesday delivery.
