 James Bagnall BVetMed MRCVS - Managing Director & Vet

James is the Managing Director of petprescription.co.uk and is also a practicing Vet. James qualified from the Royal Veterinary College, London University in 1994. He worked in mixed practice for 3 years before concentrating solely on domestic pets. James' main interest is in surgery, particularly orthopaedic surgery. Hectic work and family life means free time is thin on the ground but James does enjoy keeping fit and skiing.

Charles Bagnall BVSc MRCVS  - Director & Vet

Charles is a Director of petprescription.co.uk and is also a practising Vet. Charles qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in 1993. Father of 3 young boys and running a busy veterinary practice leaves little time for hobbies. However time and weather permitting he does enjoy riding his Triumph motorbike or tinkering with his Land Rover.
 

Amie Peacock Website Manager - R-SQP

Amie is a qualified farm, equine and companion SQP. Amie played a key role in the launch of the website back in 2006 and now manages the website. Amie's interests include bible study, foreign travel, her cats, cooking and eating out with her husband.

Michael Carter- Customer Care Advisor

Michael joined the company as a Customer Care Advisor in May 2010 following completion of his A-Levels. His interests include reading, music and spending time with his friends.

Jonathan Shine- Trainee Customer Care Advisor

Jonathan joined the team in May 2011 as a Trainee Customer Service Advisor. He has previously worked in the recruitment sector but his love for animals attracted him to Perfect Petcare. He is part way through a NVQ qualification in Customer Service. Jonathan's interests outside of work include listening to music, socialising with his friends and playing with his dogs.

Kathryn Watts- Trainee Customer Care Advisor

Kathryn, our newest member of the team, started working at Perfect Petcare in July 2011 as a Trainee Customer Service Advisor.  Kathryn already has considerable experience in Customer Sevice and is currently completing an NVQ in this subject. Kathryn enjoys travel, watching football, listening to music and spending time with her friends and family.
