Do you already have a written prescription? Please send it to us through the post, fax or email. Our full details can be found on the Pet Prescription contact us page. As soon as we receive your prescription and have verified it over the telephone with your Vet, we will dispatch your order via Royal Mail 1st class post, minimising any delays in you receiving your pet's medication. If you send us a scan or fax of your written prescription, please follow this up with the original sent through the post within 14 days. Thank you.
